Jason is a second generation Idaho attorney who focuses his practice on representing injured Idaho workers, as well as other victims of personal injury, including wrongful death. Since focusing his practice on workers’ compensation and personal injury, Jason has obtained outstanding results both in and out of the courtroom.
Prior to co-founding Thompson Law Group, Jason worked for three years at a local insurance defense firm, which gave him unique insight and experience into how insurance companies handle both workers’ compensation and personal injury claims. That experience has translated into the ability to consistently obtain maximum benefits for clients, whether advocating in court, or through aggressive negotiations with insurance companies.
